Materials selected for duty
Carbon steel, mild steel and stainless-steel grades can be considered according to the customer specification. Grade, thickness, surface condition, finish and connection arrangement are confirmed during technical review.
Cutting, forming and joining
CNC laser and plasma cutting support repeatable plate preparation. The wider manufacturing flow combines mechanized processes with skilled fabrication for fittings, transitions, branches and special geometry.
Surface preparation and finishing
Available infrastructure includes shot blasting, surface preparation, paint booths and conveyorized painting. The applicable preparation and coating system must be defined by the project specification.
