What information is needed for an industrial ductwork quotation?
You may send GA drawings, duct schedules, fabrication drawings or an initial written scope. Useful details include the application, material, thickness, quantities, project location and required delivery. Drawings are optional for an initial enquiry.
Which materials can TECHFLOW fabricate?
TECHFLOW fabricates industrial ductwork in carbon steel, mild steel and project-specified stainless-steel grades. Material grade, thickness, finish and joint arrangement are reviewed against the project requirement.
Are duct sizes limited to the automated production line?
No. The automated line is supported by wider fabrication facilities, allowing special diameters, smaller or larger sizes, extended lengths and non-standard geometry to be considered after drawing review.
Can accessories and supports be supplied with the ductwork?
Yes. The project supply can include supports, dampers, expansion bellows, inspection windows, flanges and related accessories when specified by the customer.
How does TECHFLOW price a ducting project?
After reviewing the scope and estimating fabricated weight, TECHFLOW can prepare a price-per-kilogram offer or a complete project price subject to an agreed total weight limit and defined supply boundaries.
Can TECHFLOW supply projects outside India?
Yes. TECHFLOW prepares project-identified ductwork for export packing and international dispatch. Destination, packing method, delivery terms and documentation are confirmed for each enquiry.
